Karl Blossfeldt inspired botanical photograph

Description: I used an ISO 800 and  an fstop of f/5.6 shutter 1/160  I think the shadow in this image is too over powering.
Description: I think this is a lot closer to Karl Blossfedts work , once I edit it in camera raw  I think this could be a good image. f/f.6 shutter 1/160 ISO 800
Description: A funny blooper :)
Karls Photo
Description: My end result after editing in camera raw. I converted to grey scale and edited the basic settings and colour so that the details in the leaves were easier to see, I cropped in more closely as his crop is pretty tight,

Still life

Description: The main points of this still life is the objects and the shadowing. I think there is still two much negative space in this image. f/4.5 shutter 1/125 ISO 800
Description: Thus image needs cropping. I was trying to get the mirror to reflect the wallet but the image doesn't really pop out to me. f/4.5 shutter 1/80 ISO 800
Description: f/4.5 shutter 1/80 ISO 800 I like  the split in positive and negative space in this image but I think the negative space is too over powering.
Description: f/4.5 shutter 1/80 ISO 800 I like the rustic feel of these items.
Description: f//13.0 shutter 1/80 ISO 250 . I like the shadowing in this image but it needs to be straighten up and cropped. This image was taken on the high angle, birds eye view.
Description: f/9.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 400. I was trying to get the marbles to reflect in the glasses. This image was taken on medium high angle , the negative space is really un even and mostly on the left side of the image.
Description: I really like this image, it needs to be brightened up, I like the colours and the reflection of the colour in the mirror.
Description: After editing in camera raw. The picture is quite grainy I think I need to re shoot it with a tripod and in better lighting. f/4.5 shutter 1/80 ISO 800

Portraits of a group of two or more people

There is lots of negative space in this image and the subjects are slightly off center. f/2.8 shutter 1/80 ISO 1000

I tried for a closer crop, Hera the cat is more in the center of this picture. f/3.8 shutter 1/80 ISO 1000

I asked Will to try holding Hera a more princess style and told him to smile , there is not too much negative space now, only to the left of the subjects and above them.  f/3.8 shutter 1/80 ISO 1000
