Week 7 Self directed photo shoot - Day

Day Light headshot photoshoot

This is the first image I took, I took it inside with natural light behind be and infront of the subject. There is too much negative space in this picture so I will have to crop it when I go to edit it.  f/5.6 shutter 1/125 ISO 200

I got rid of the marks and spots in the background

I used the heal tool to clean up any blemishes

I decreased the clarity on her skin

I used a flash attachement, and choose a spot outside next to a tree. f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200

I used the clarity tool to smooth out the skin

I used the heal tool to remove blemishes and I also brightened the eyes and teeth

Before and after

Final image

I cleared up blemishes with the heal tool, I brightened teeth with the targeted adjustment tool, and soften skin by decreasing the clarity in the skin. I also used the heal and clone tool to remove hair fly aways on the face.

Final image. f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200

After editing in camera raw. f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200

f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200

f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200
f/5.0 shutter 1/200 ISO 200

I used a low fstop in these pictures because I wanted a narrow DOF so that the background was blurry and that the main focus would be on the subject in the head shot. I used a high angle in most of the images because I think it compliments her face and really brings out her femininity.
